ISO WP Support Ticket Plugin
I’m on the hunt for a plugin that will allow existing clients to request and approve a job quote. If there’s a support ticket plugin out there, it could probably be modified to suit my needs. Ideally, it would flow like this: client logs in, has a profile page with existing and past orders and their status. They could open a new job ticket, fill in a set of form fields, and submit request. A job number would be automatically assigned based on the client. As admin, I could enter the estimate amount and update the status of the ticket. The client is notified via email, and can log in and approve the estimate.
So, anybody know of a support ticket plugin for WordPress?

I am looking for a support ticket plugin for WordPress as well. So far I have not found what I need (a feature rich client login area with ability for knowledgebase and support tickets and billing history with one login).
Using the ticket system or a spinoff of a ticket system to power an estimate approval system would be awesome as well. I think I will have to find one fully featured client area/billing/support script and just keep it separate from WordPress.

I just happen to be testing one I found today which looks promising- very simple- not as advanced as Wats, but by the author of Contact Form 7:
